THE HONOURABLE Dr.JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO Criminal Petition Nos.13956 of 2014 and 9415 of 2017 COMMON ORDER :

Heard both sides.

The only grievance of the petitioner is that despite the order of the Court to supply copies of 11 hard discs and 4 DVDs but for 3 DVDs, 4th one not supplied and without supply, the trial Court is proceeding with trial and it is also the submission that a memo dt.28.10.2014 vide SR No.6338 of 2014 filed before the trial Court about the 4th DVD stating as not supplied and the same is pending with the learned Magistrate and without passing order for direction to the Central Forensic Science Laboratory, Hyderabad, for supply of the 4th DVD, proceeding with trial.

Having regard to the above, these two Criminal Petitions are disposed of directing the trial Court to see that the order of this Court to be complied with for supply of the 4th DVD to the selfsame petitioner/ defacto-complainant in both the cases. Consequently, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
