When the matter has come up for further arguments today, Mr.M.B.S.Chaitanya, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Sri V.L.N.G.K.Murthy, learned counsel for appellant, reported that the matter was settled out of court and requested to dismiss the appeal and made an endorsement to that effect.
