This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.51 of 2016 on the file of Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Ponnur, Guntur District against the petitioners. 2.
Heard and perused the material available on record. 3.
The offences alleged against the petitioners/A-1, A-2 and A-5 are punishable under Sections 448, 427 and 506 read with 34 I.P.C.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is of the view that the writ petition is not maintainable. However, the petitioners are at liberty to file a discharge application before the trial Court.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
