CVNR,J & DVSS,J C.R.P.Nos.3789 and 3893 of 2017 COMMON ORDER: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) These Civil Revision Petitions arise out of the interlocutory orders passed by the Arbitrator pending Arbitral proceedings between the petitioner and the respondent.

At the hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the cause in these Civil Revision Petitions does not survive for adjudication.

These Civil Revision Petitions are, accordingly, dismissed as infructuous.

As a sequel to dismissal of these C.R.Ps., C.R.P.M.P.No.5123 of 2017 in C.R.P.No.3893 of 2017 filed by the petitioner for interim relief stands dismissed as infructuous.
