HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S. RAVI KUMAR CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.5310 of 2004 ORDER:

This revision is preferred challenging the order dated 07.10.2003 of Joint Collector, Ranga Reddy in Appeal Case No.F2/309/1998, whereunder, Joint Collector allowed the appeal by setting aside the order dated 28.01.1982 of Mandal Revenue Officer, Rajendranagar Mandal, in Case No.B3/106/1982.

2. Heard arguments.

Advocate for revision petitioners submitted that against the common order dated 07.10.2003 in Appeal Case No.F2/309/1998, batch of C.R.Ps. are filed, which were tagged on to W.P.No.23076 of 2003, challenging the constitutional validity of Andhra Pradesh Tenancy Laws (Amendment) Act, 2002 (Act No.28 of 2002) and a Division Bench of this Court dismissed all the revision petitions including W.P.No.23076 of 2003 and the parties have preferred a S.L.P. before Hon'ble Supreme Court and the same is pending and this case is covered by orders in batch cases.

4. I have perused the material papers. This Court in C.R.P.Nos.5616, 5397, 5938, 5939, 6297 and 6312 of 2003 and 2952, 2953, 2954, 2955, 2956, 2957, 2958 and 2977 of 2004 considering same order dated 07.10.2003 of Joint Collector dismissed all the revisions by detailed common order. Therefore, I am of the view that present revision is covered by that order and needs no consideration.

5. For these reasons, civil revision petition is dismissed. No costs.
