THE HONBLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.33137 of 2011 ORDER :

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Revenue and perused the material available on record. The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus with the following prayer:

"It is also just and necessary that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to direct the 2nd respondent to enquiry and hearing of my application petition No. /1999 dated 26.10.1999 against my representation dated 11.11.2011, for grant of patta as per the provisions of the A.P. (A.A) Inams (Abolition and conversion in to Ryotwari) Act, 1956 pending disposal of above writ petition and pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case." Learned Government Pleader for Revenue filed counter affidavit stating that no such representations dated 24.10.1999 and 11.11.2011 are forthcoming before the respondents.

Though various grounds were raised in the writ petition, learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his prayer seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to dispose of the representation dated 11.11.2011 basing on the judgment dated 30.04.2011 in W.A.No.1802 of 2006, 1817 of 2006 and 731 of 2006 passed by the Division Bench of this Court.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and without going into the merits of the case, this writ petition is disposed of, directing the 2nd respondent to dispose of the representation dated 11.11.2011 made by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law, at the earliest. If no such representation is available with the 2nd respondent, the petitioner is permitted to make fresh representation and the 2nd respondent shall consider the same at the earliest after hearing all the necessary parties. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall
