When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is submitted by the counsel for the petitioner that in pursuance of the interim orders dated 08.04.2003 passed by this Court in WPMP No.30394 of 2002, the petitioner was provided with alternative employment and, hence, no further orders are necessary in the writ petition. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is closed.
