Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies.

This writ petition is filed by the fair price shop dealer of shop No.16 of Darakanipadu Village, Gudlur Mandal, Prakasam District challenging the order passed by the second respondent on 23-032015. A reading of the said order discloses that pursuant to the inspection conducted by the third respondent on 20-12-2014, a show-cause notice was issued to the petitioner on 25-2-2015 and the petitioner submitted her explanation on 09-03-2015 and also sought some information. The information was furnished to the petitioner under the impugned order and the fair price shop dealership authorisation of the petitioner was temporarily cancelled. Pending further orders, it has also come to the knowledge of this Court through counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has submitted her explanation on 30-03-2015 pursuant to the impugned order and what remained is only a final order to be passed by the second respondent.

In the circumstances, this Court is not inclined to keep the writ petition pending and direct the second respondent to pass appropriate orders pursuant to the order issued on 23-03-2015, after considering the explanation submitted by the petitioner for the allegations mentioned therein, on or before 30-062015. The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of. In consequence, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand dismissed.
