THE HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.19711 OF 2017 ORDER:
This writ petition is filed, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for the following relief: "to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring the action of the respondents in cancelling the House Hold Card/ Ration cards of the petitioners is illegal, arbitrary, violation of the principles of natural justice and as well as fundamenatal rights guaranteed under the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents not to cancel the House Hold Cards/ Ration Cards and pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies representing the respondents, from instructions and perused the prayer in the writ petition with supporting affidavit and the other material on record.

Having regard to the submissions made by both parties, this writ petition is disposed of, directing the petitioner to approach before the 4th respondent - Tahsildar, on 27.06.2017, with supporting material and the Tahsildar, either on that date or by fixing any further dates, shall
enquire into the matter and pass necessary orders before cancelling their civil supplies cards, at any cost, within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.
Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in this case shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
