HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No.19165 of 2006 ORDER:

Petitioner has challenged award dated 19.11.2005 passed in I.D.No.169 of 2004 by the Industrial Tribunal-II, Hyderabad, wherein no relief was granted to him.

When the writ petition is taken up, it is represented that the petitioner has attained the age of superannuation. Petitioner contends that service benefits to which he was entitled for the services rendered by him from the year 1984 to 2002 be directed to be paid.

Learned standing counsel appearing for the respondentCorporation submits that whatever the service benefits to which the petitioner is entitled will be paid to him as per the Regulations. In that view of the matter, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent-Corporation to release the service benefits to the petitioner for the services which he had rendered from the year 1984 to 2002 in accordance with the Regulations within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of this order. No order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
