Petition under Sections 437 & 439 of Cr.P.C., praying that in the circumstances stated in the petition and the grounds filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to enlarge the Petitioner/Accused on bail in Crime NO. 40 of 2015 on the file of P.S. Alladurg, Medak District.
The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the petition and the grounds filed herein, and upon hearing the arguments of Sri A. Ravinder Reddy, Advocate for the Petitioner and the Public Prosecutor(TG) on behalf of respondent-State, the Court made the following ORDER:- Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is allowed and the petitioner-
accused shall be enlarged on bail on his executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty thousand only) with two sureties for the like sum each to the satisfaction of the Judicial First Class Magistrate, Jogipet, Medak District. The petitioner is directed to report before the Station House Officer, P.S. Alladurg, Medak District, on every day between 10.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m., until further orders.
