This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. seeking a direction for expedite disposal of C.C.No.434 of 2016 on the file of I Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Visakhapatnam on the ground that the petitioner is unable to get leave from the higher authorities to appear before the court on the date of adjournment.

This C.C. is of the year 2016 and in normal course of evidence, it is difficult for any Presiding Officer of the court to decide the matter giving undue preference to any one of the parties before it. However, the Chief Metropolitan Magistrate may consider the request without giving any undue preference to the petitioner and decide the matter in accordance with law.

Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission.
