HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT & HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P. KESHAVA RAO M.A.C.M.A.No. 1558 of 2016 JUDGMENT:- (ORAL) (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Suresh Kumar Kait) This Court, by order dated 28.04.2016, directed the Registry to refer the matter to the Lok Adalat for settlement. Accordingly, this appeal was referred and settled before the Lok Adalat on the compromise arrived at between the parties, vide Award dated 27.07.2016. On 06.12.2017, during the course of hearing, the learned counsel for the appellant sought time to get instructions in the matter. Now, on instructions, he submits that the matter has already been settled between the parties before the Lok Adalat as noted above.

In view of the above submission, this appeal is disposed of in terms of the Award dated 27.07.2016 passed by the Lok Adalat. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
