HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P. NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.2797 of 2011 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed praying to grant promotion as Superintending Engineer by opening the sealed cover.

2. This Court, by order dated 09.02.2011, directed consideration of the petitioner without any reference to the alleged criminal complaint filed against him. In pursuant to the directions of this Court, petitioner was granted promotion as Superintending Engineer by order dated 07.03.2011 and petitioner has already assumed charge as Superintending Engineer.

3. In view of the same, cause in the writ petition does not survive. Writ petition is accordingly dismissed. It is always open to the petitioner to work out his remedies if he is still claims that he is entitled for promotion anterior to his joining.

Miscellaneous petitions if any pending shall stand dismissed. No costs.
