This writ petition is filed declaring the action of the 1st respondent in not disposing the appeal filed by the petitioners n V1/350/2011, as illegal, arbitrary and contrary to the order dated 27.11.2012 passed by this Court in W.A.No.1451 of 2012.

Learned counsel for petitioner submits that the 1st respondent is not disposing of the appeal filed by the petitioners.

Heard the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

In view of the above, the 1st respondent is directed to dispose of the appeal preferred by the petitioners in accordance with law within a period of two (02) months from the date of receipt of copy of this order, after issuing notice to the parties in the appeal.
