Sri A.K.Jayaprakash Rao, learned counsel, appearing on behalf of Sri T.Bal Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, represented that the matter is settled outside the Court and, in view of the settlement outside the Court, the Writ Petition has become infructuous.

The Writ Petition is, therefore, dismissed as infructuous. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand dismissed in consequence. No order as to costs.
