THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.16068 2018 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Revenue and the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents.

The material available on record discloses that, for redressal of his grievance, petitioner herein submitted a representation on 11.04.2018 to the District Panchayat Officer, Kakinada-third respondent herein and to the Gram Panchayat and, according to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the same is pending consideration and no action has been taken despite submission of the representation.

Having heard the learned counsel on either side, this Court, in the facts and circumstances of the case, deems it appropriate to dispose of the Writ Petition with a direction to the respondent Nos.3 to 5 to verify the representation, dated 11.04.2018, said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein, and take appropriate action, strictly in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
