The present writ petition is filed questioning the action of respondents/police officials in not registering the FIR based on the complaints made by the petitioner dated 19.08.2019, 24.06.2019 and 11.08.2019.

Heard Sri Kondaparthi Srinivasa, learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for the respondents 1 to 4. When the matter had come up for hearing before this Court on 30.09.2019, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home submitted that based on the complaint dated 11.08.2019, the police authorities after investigating the matter addressed a letter to the petitioner on 24.08.2019. Upon such submission made, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought for time to seek instructions in the matter. Today, it is reported that the petitioner is in receipt of letter/notice dated 24.08.2019 from the 4th respondentStation House Officer, Dmmugudem Town Police Station. Inasmuch as the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed, no further orders are required to be passed in this writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
