THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.KESHAVA RAO WRIT PETITION NO. 19208 OF 2015 ORDER:

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel for Central Government.

The prayer sought in the Writ petition is as under: " ...to issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ or direction declaring the action of the respondent NO 2 in not re-issuing the passport to the petitioner in file No. HY5078379677715 as illegal and arbitrary and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to re-issue the passport forthwith."

During the course of hearing, it is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned Standing Counsel that passport has been issued to the petitioner and thereby no further orders are required in the Writ Petition.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand closed. No order as to costs.
