ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief:

"...to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in discontinuing allotment of kerosene to the petitioner's Fair Price Shop No.4515 as illegal, arbitrary and violative of Articles-14 and 19(1)(g) of the Constituting of India and also principles of natural justice and consequently, to direct the respondents to continue allotting kerosene to the petitioner's fair price shop No.4515 situated in Godavarikhani, Ramagundam Mandal."

At the hearing, Sri T.Mahender Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to his client to approach the respondents either for allotment of additional cards or continuation of kerosene quota. The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner in terms of the

prayer made.

As a sequel to the dismissal of the Writ Petition, WPMP.No.31482 of 2012 and WVMP.No.3750 of 2012 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
