THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.K. JAISWAL Criminal Revision Case No. 1408 of 2013 Order:
When the matter is taken up for admission, it is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that during the pendency of the present revision, the Calendar Case has been tried and the petitioner/accused was acquitted and, therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in the Criminal Revision Case and the matter has become infructuous.
Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as having become infructuous.
