THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.3435 OF 2015 ORDER:

This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, came to be filed seeking to declare the proceedings of the 2nd respondent in Lr.No.EII-4/22671/2013 dated 08.01.2015, as illegal and arbitrary.

During the course of arguments, it is brought to the notice of this Court that the 3rd respondent herein filed W.P.No.3945 of 2015 seeking implementation of the impugned proceedings, which was dismissed as withdrawn on 10.04.2017.

In view of the above, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition in terms of the order dated 10.04.2015 passed in W.P.No.3945 of 2015.

Permission, as sought for, is accorded.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Miscellaneous petitions pending in this writ petition, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
