ORAL ORDER:

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the first respondent in conduction auction for lease hold rights of the lands belonging to third respondent temple to an extent of Ac.16.32 cents and Ac.14.70 cents in Survey Nos 25 and 75, Nujellapalli village, J Pangaluru mandal, Prakasam district.

When the matter is taken up, learned counsel for petitioner submits that auction was conducted and petitioner participated therein and became highest bidder and lease is granted in favour of petitioner and no further orders are required to be passed in the writ petition. On the other hand, learned standing counsel for third respondent submits that in view of interim orders granted by this Court in W.P. No. 19480 of 2015 auction proceedings cannot be finalized. In the circumstances, writ petition is dismissed as not pressed, leaving it open to the petitioner to implead and contest WP No. 19480 of 2015, if so advised. No costs. Having regard to the same, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, are closed.
