Heard both sides.

Having regard to the fact that the investigation is still pending, this Court thought fit only to modify the bail order condition rather than relaxing the same. Accordingly, the condition imposed in the order dated 23.02.2015 in Crl.M.P. No.46 of 2015 in Crime No.1/RCT-NLR/2015 by learned Special Judge for SPE and ACB Cases-cum-I Additional District & Sessions Judge, Nellore is modified and the petitioner/accused is permitted to stay in his village i.e., K.C.N.Gunta Village, Sullurpeta Mandal, SPSR Nellore District and directed to appear before Inspector of Police, ACB, Ongole on every Saturday between 3.00 p.m and 5.00 p.m and shall sign in the Register kept in the police Station until further orders. With the above observation, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed. ____________________________ JUSTICE U.
