This Civil Revision Petition arises out of order, dated 08.01.2018, in I.A.No.1147 of 2017 in O.S.No.1194 of 2017 on the file of learned VI Additional Senior Civil Judge, Visakhapatnam. 2.

At the hearing, Mr.A.Srinivasa Rao, learned counsel representing Mr.M.V.Pratap Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioners, has requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the Civil Revision Petition.

The Civil Revision Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn.
