The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner made application dated 19-04-2016 through Meeseva Citizen Service Centre for conducting survey and demarcating the land in Survey No.36-3-A, admeasuring Ac.14-89 cents situated in Kothagudem Village, Gannavaram Mandal, Krishna District by paying necessary fee and that the said application is not being disposed of till today. Aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

In view of the facts and circumstances, is open for the petitioner to file necessary documents in support of his claim before the 2nd respondent and the 2nd respondent shall consider the said documents and dispose of the application of the petitioner in accordance with law and take necessary action. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
