The Writ Petition is filed to set aside the notification dated 20.08.2019 issued by the 2nd respondent, direct him to upload the information pertaining to vacancies to the post of Assistant Professors and follow Note-6 of Annexure-I of G.O.Ms.No. 154, dated 04.05.2002 while filling up vacancies to the post of Assistant Professors in terms of the 2nd respondent's Notification, dated 19.08.2019.
The petitioner apprehends that the respondents may not follow the Andhra Pradesh Medical Education Service Rules, notified in G.O.Ms. No. 154, dated 04.05.2002, published in A.P. Gazette Part I dated 27.06.2002, particularly Note 6 of the Annexure. The impugned letter dated 20.08.2019, copy of which was marked to the Commissioner, Telangana Vaidya Vidhana Parishad and the Director of Public Health and Family Welfare, reads as under:

It is informed that the provisional seniority list of P.G. Qualified doctors from Director of Public Health and Family Welfare TS Hyderabad and Telangana Vaidya Vidhana Parishad Hyderabad who are willing to surrender their services to Director of Medical Education side is herewith enclosed.
Further, they are requested to submit the corrections if there are any regarding seniority and ;any other issues through the DPH&FW and TVVP immediately.
Further informed that the counselling will be held on 26.08.2019 in the O/o DME TS Hyderabad."
From a reading of the above impugned letter, one cannot presume that the respondent authorities would not follow rules of recruitment. In other words, the Writ Petition was filed on mere apprehension.
In those circumstances, there is no reason for this Court to entertain the Writ Petition. Hence, without expressing any opinion on merits, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
