THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.20884 of 2005 When the matter was called on 14.06.2017, there was no representation for the petitioners, as such, this Court directed the matter to be listed today i.e. 19.06.2017 under the caption 'for dismissal'.

Though the matter appears under the caption 'for dismissal' there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners herein. It indicates that the petitioners herein have no interest in prosecuting the Writ Petition.
