Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. This Revision Petition is filed by the petitioners questioning the order dt.23-07-2019 in I.A.No.1569 of 2018 in O.S.No.1121 of 2018 of the I Additional Senior Civil Judge, City Civil Court at Hyderabad.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners contends that the petitioners are the tenants of the suit schedule property and they are in possession of the same by paying rents regularly.

4. However, when the Court questioned about the regular payment of rents, it is submitted that as on July, 2019, they are due of an amount of Rs.8.00 lakhs and as of now it should be Rs.9.50 lakhs.

5. In view of the disputed fact, I deem it appropriate to dispose of the Revision Petition by directing the petitioners to deposit a sum of Rs.7.00 lakhs within a period of one month from today and continue to stay there under the capacity of tenants. It is needless to observe that the continuation of the petitioners in the subject property shall be subject to deposit renal amounts every month in the Court regularly without fail and on such deposit, the respondents/owners are at liberty to withdraw the said amount. No costs.

6. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
