HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITON No.18541 of 2019 ORDER:

The matter was adjourned twice at request of learned counsel for the petitioners.

Learned Standing Counsel for respondent Nos.2 to 5 submits that the petitioners filed the present Writ Petition even though there is no common cause of action amongst the petitioners. When this Court expressed its opinion that it is not inclined to entertain the single Writ Petition as there is no common cause of action, learned counsel for the petitioners sought permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to the petitioners to file individual Writ Petitions.

Permission is accorded and the Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioners to file individual Writ Petitions.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending shall stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
