HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION NO. 3136 OF 2015 ORDER:

At the admission stage, the following order is passed. Having regard to the fact that investigation is under way, it is not apt to quash the proceedings. Hence, the police shall continue the investigation to its logical end. However, the Police of Rajendra Nagar Police Station, Cyberabad, are directed not to arrest petitioners/A1 & A2 during the course of investigation. Petitioners/A1 & A2 shall cooperate with the investigating agency for smooth completion of investigation.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
