This appeal is filed under Section 100 of CPC, assailing the decree and judgment dated 15.7.2002 in A.S.No.12 of 1999 on the file of the Court of District Judge, Cuddapah, wherein and whereby the decree and judgment dated 11.12.1998 in O.S.No.285 of 1990 on the file of the Court of Principal Junior Civil Judge, Cuddapah, dismissing the suit for permanent injunction, was confirmed. 2.

Learned counsel for both the parties submitted that during pendency of the appeal, the matter was settled before the Lok Adalat, vide Award dated 11.2.2017. The submission is recorded. 3.

Accordingly, the second appeal is disposed of, in terms of the Award dated 11.2.2017. No order as to costs. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this appeal shall stand closed.
