When the matter was taken up for hearing on 22.10.2013, 30.01.2014, 06.02.2014 and 11.03.2014 none appeared for the petitioner and no representation was made on her behalf. Today also, when the matter is taken up for hearing, none appeared for the petitioner and no representation was made on her behalf either during forenoon session or in the afternoon session. Hence, it is clear that petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the case. The Criminal Revision Case is accordingly dismissed for non-prosecution.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
