THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S. RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.12428 of 2016 ORDER:

The grievance of the petitioner in this Writ Petition is that the respondents have put up a notice board in the land of extent 60 square yards in Sy.No.13/1 of Abdullapur village of Hayathnagar Mandal (Plot No.8) which has been assigned to him on 28-03-2013 and that the petitioner is thus being deprived of use of the said land without following due process of law.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents states that the said notice board has not been put up in the land of petitioner and that in that Survey Number there is other Government land also and that was why the notice board was put up. It was also made clear that the respondents have no intention to grab the plot allotted to petitioner in the above proceedings. This is recorded.

In view of the above submission of learned Government Pleader for Revenue, which effectively redresses the grievance of petitioner, no further orders are required in the Writ Petition.

4. Therefore the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.

5. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
