In this Writ Petition, the complaint of the petitioner is that the respondent Corporation has not acted on the illegal constructions being carried out by the 5th respondent in premises bearing H.No. 17-3A-220, SRT Colony, Yakutpura, Hyderabad, particularly violating the setback norms.

When the petitioner sought to furnish the copy of approved plan for new construction over the subject premises under the Right to Information Act, 2005, it is stated, the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation vide letter dated 12.02.2019 informed that they had already issued notice under Sections 452(1) and 461(1) of the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation Act, 1955 on 02.01.2019 and since the said notice was not complied with, the Corporation had issued orders under Section 452(2) of the said Act on 04.02.2019. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned Standing Counsel for the Corporation submits that further action pursuant to the order issued under Section 452(2) of the Act would be taken in accordance with law. In view of the above, since the action pursuant to the complaint of the petitioner has already been initiated and notices have also been issued, the respondent Corporation authorities shall take necessary further action in accordance with law.
