1 When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner has sought permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the Tr.CMP with a liberty to avail the remedies available to him under law. Permission is accorded.

2 In the result, the Tr.CMP No.511 of 2014 is dismissed as withdrawn giving liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedies available to him under law. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Tr.CMP shall stand closed.
