THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 18467 of 2019 O R D E R:

In this writ petition, petitioner challenges the notice dated 20.08.2019 issued by respondent No.2-Mandal Executive Magistrate, Koilkonda Mandal, Koilkonda, Mahabubnagar District proposing to forfeit the bond which the petitioner had given for good behaviour under the provisions of the Telangana Excise Act. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Inasmuch as impugned notice is only a show cause notice, liberty is given to the petitioner to submit his explanation. As the time for submitting explanation by the petitioner had expired, considering the fact that the petitioner filed this writ petition on 23.08.2019, time for submitting explanation is extended by ten days from today.

In those circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to file his explanation to the impugned notice, within a period of ten days from today and the same shall be considered by the respondents in accordance with law. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall also stand disposed of.
