This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner-A1 under Sections 437 and 439 Cr.P.C. seeking to grant bail to him in Crime No.48 of 2015 on the file of Hukumpeta Police Station, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 8(c ) r/w 20(b)(1) of the NDPS Act. Heard and perused the material available on record. It is alleged that the petitioner and others were found in possession of 669 kgs of ganja.

Since the quantity of ganja seized from the possession of the petitioner and others is commercial, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
