This writ petition is filed seeking to issue a writ of mandamus declaring the proceedings in Lr.No.11415/UE-I-2/2002-2, dated 27.03.2003 passed by the first respondent rejecting the proposal sent by the 3rd respondent University for regularization of petitioners' services, as being illegal and arbitrary and to set aside the same and consequently direct the respondents to regularize the services of the petitioners with effect from 26.12.2001, on which date the University has sent proposals with all consequential benefits of pay.
2. Sri A.Giridhar Rao, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the services of the petitioners have already been regularized, as such, no further orders are required to be passed in this writ petition. 3.
Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
