HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.15103 of 2008 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed by the petitioner, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking to declare the award/judgment, dated 25.04.2008, in O.P.No.28 of 2006, passed by the A.P. Cooperative Tribunal, Hyderabad, as illegal and arbitrary and consequently direct respondents 1 to 5 to pay the suit amount with interest.

Heard and perused the material available on record. When the matter has come up for consideration, learned counsel for the respondents informed that the respondents have already paid the loan amount as per the order, dated 25.04.2008, passed by the learned District Judge/Chairman of the A.P. Cooperative Tribunal at Hyderabad, passed in O.P.No.28 of 2006 and the documents of the respondents were also released and the respondents have also entered into one time settlement with the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the submissions of the learned counsel for the respondents may be recorded and the writ petition may be disposed of. Recording the submissions of the learned counsel for the respondents that the entire matter is settled by way of one time settlement, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
