When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for the Municipal Corporation, that the LRS Application of the petitioners has been considered positively and the Office of the Commissioner, GHMC, Hyderabad, issued proceedings No.LRS/4055/Cir11/GHMC/WZ/2008, dated 14.06.2018, to the said effect. A copy of the said proceedings is placed on record by the learned Standing Counsel.

In view of the same, nothing further survives in the Writ Petition. The Writ Petition is accordingly closed. Miscellaneous Petitions pending consideration, if any, in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
