THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 15906 OF 2018 O R D E R :
This Writ Petition is filed seeking a mandamus to declare the action of the 2nd respondent in seeking to grant permission to shift the 3rd respondent college from Rudrangi Mandal of Rajanna Sircilla District to Metpally Mandal of Jagtial District, without considering the objections of the petitioner dated 12.03.2018 and 21.04.2018 and without taking into consideration the rules framed vide G.O.Ms.No. 29, dated 05.02.1987, as illegal and arbitrary. The apprehension of the petitioner is that contrary to the existing rules / regulations, which do not permit shifting of college from one locality to the other, the application of the 3rd respondent is sought to be considered by the respondent authorities. The petitioner therefore, requests that the objections submitted by him, as afore-stated, be considered.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as Sri Praveen Kumar Veerjala, learned Standing Counsel for the 2nd respondent.
It is brought to the notice of this Court that in Writ Petition No. 13787 of 2017, an interim order dated 18.04.2017 was passed directing the 2nd respondent therein to consider the objections of the petitioner while processing the request of the 4th respondent college.
In view of the above said interim order, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to consider the objections of the petitioner said to have been submitted on 12.03.2018 and
21.04.2018 while processing the request of the 3rd respondent college. No costs.
Consequently, the miscellaneous Applications, if any shall stand closed.
