Aggrieved by the action of respondents 2 and 3 - police authorities, in issuing Look Out Circular against the petitioner in Cr.No.349 of 2018 on the file of 4th respondent - Station House Officer, Women Police Station, DD, Hyderabad, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions of Sub Inspect of Police, W.P.S.CCS DD, Hyderabad, dated 28.08.2019, wherein it is stated as under:

"It is submitted that the Bureau of Immigration, Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India vide proceedings No.1/SIC/ACK/LOC/2019-8512, dated 16.08.2019 has cancelled the Look Out Circular against the accused No.1."

Recording the above statement made in the written instructions, writ petition is disposed of.

Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
