THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M. SEETHARAMA MURTI WRIT PETITION No.20301 of 2014 ORDER: (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Sanjay Kumar) This writ petition was filed by the Union of India aggrieved by the refusal by the Central Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad Bench, to grant extension of time to comply with the order passed in O.A.No.935 of 2012. This refusal was embodied in the order dated 13.12.2013 passed by the Tribunal in M.A.No.883 of 2013 in M.A.SR.No.4016 of 2013 in O.A.No.935 of 2012. It is now stated that the order in the main O.A. has been complied with.

In that view of the matter, this writ petition is rendered infructuous and is accordingly dismissed as such. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
