This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief: "...to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction, more particularly one in the nature of a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action on the part of the 2nd respondent in not allotting shops to the petitioners pursuant to the auction notification vide letter No.349/A1/2012, dt.19-3-2012, as illegal, void and arbitrary and consequently direct the respondents to allot the shops bearing Nos.B-Type Shop No.3, A-Type Shop No.2, B-Type Shop No.6, B-Type Shop No.7 and A-Type Shop No.4 respectively, situated at Municipal Complex, Mancherial, Adilabad District, to the petitioners pursuant to the Auction Notification vide letter No.349/A1/2012, dt.19-3-2012, by considering the representations dt.08.10.2015 & 02.11.2015." At the hearing, Mr. Venkateshwar Varanasi, learned counsel for the petitioners, submitted that as the respondents have redressed the grievance of the petitioners, he has instructions to withdraw the writ petition, and hence he requested for permission to withdraw the writ petition.
