THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.3163 of 2016 ORDER:

This Criminal Revision Case is filed under Sections 397 and 401 of Cr.P.C. challenging the order 28.10.2016 passed in D.V.C.No.219 of 2014 on the file of the IV Metropolitan Magistrate (Traffic Mobile Court), Hyderabad.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the criminal revision case with liberty to avail the remedies available to them under law. She further submitted that the office may be directed to return the certified copies of the documents to the petitioners.

Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn granting the liberty as prayed for. Office is hereby directed to return the certified copies of the documents to the petitioners as per procedure.
