The grievance of the petitioner is that though the petitioner was selected in the physical and Medical tests conducted by respondent-Telangana State Public Service Commission for the post of Excise Constables and he was called upon for verification of certificates, but his name was not appeared in the selected list. As such, the petitioner made representation on 17-04-2018 seeking information. As no action has been taken, the present writ petition is filed. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri D.Bala Kishan Rao, learned Standing Counsel for the respondentTelangana State Public Service Commission. Though the petitioner has made application, it is only for seeking some information regarding shortlisting of candidates, as the petitioner claims to have been cleared all the examinations and petitioner's name is also found in the list for certificate verification.

In view of the same, it is open for the petitioner to make application stating all the facts to the 2nd respondent and the 2nd respondent is directed to consider the same and take action, in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from today.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. _________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY,J 30-04-2018 Note:
