l This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 407 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 7973 (for short 'Cr.P.C.') by the \ petitioner to withdrawn M.C.No.42 of 2023 from the file of the Judge Family Court at Khamman.r and transfer the same to Family Court at L.B Nagar, Ranga Reddy District Court at L.B Nagar, Hyderabad.
3. Heard Iearned counsel for tl-re petitioner and Iearned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent State.

Learned counsel for the respondent would submit that DVC case, Restitution of Conjugal Rights case and Divorce O.P case are all pending before the Courts at Khammam. Hence, I do not find any reason to single out this case and transfer to Family Court, LB Nagar, Ranga Recldy District.

Accordingly, this Transfer Criminal Petition is dismissed. Miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
