Order:

This Contempt Case is filed alleging wilful disobedience of Order, dated 07-02-2014, in WP.No.34096 of 2011, by the respondents.

Mr.G.V.Shivaji, learned Counsel for the petitioner, has addressed letter, dated 22-07-2015, to the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court wherein he has stated that as per his instructions, the respondents have considered the petitioner's case

as per the directions issued by this Court in the Writ Petition and appointed him as a Clerk in the Primary Agricultural Co-operative Society of Mudigubba Mandal.

The learned Counsel has, therefore, requested for posting of this Contempt Case under the caption 'for withdrawal'.

At the hearing, the learned Counsel representing Mr.G.Sivaji, learned Counsel for the petitioner, has reiterated the contents of the said letter.

In view of the above, the Contempt Case is disposed of as infructuous.

As a sequel to disposal of the Contempt Case, Application No.477 of 2015, filed by the petitioner for interim relief, is disposed of as infructuous.
