Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents. As can be seen from the material on record, the grievance of the petitioners is limited to the extent of disposal of their application dated 26.04.2019 seeking conversion of their agricultural land into non-agriculture, under the provisions of Telangana Agricultural Land (Conversion for Non-Agricultural Purposes) Act, 2006. In those circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of with the direction to respondent No.4-Revenue Divisional Officer, Nizamabad, to pass orders on the above said application within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
